I am currently studying in the third year of my bachelor’s degree. I am ever ready for a cricket and a chess match I enjoy the company of kids . I believe in giving freedom, gaining responsibility & respect, thinking for others and finally putting efforts beyond the box to get a social satisfaction that is must for every socially responsible citizen.
It was a really great experience working with CACR. With the constant guidance of Mr. Nitin Wadhwani I was able to develop many new qualities like public speaking, managing time and especially the BMC TEACHERS. Overall I would like to conclude this experience as an opportunity to interact with new people and to take on challenges that included some fun also as I was lucky enough to get very sincere batch of teachers who always attended the sessions and supported us and our initiative.
What Aman had to say: I’m working with Hitachi Metals in Mumbai as a Senior Engineer – Sales and Marketing. I love motivating and mentoring teenagers in my free time. The idea behind this is to keep them informed of the hurdles they are going to face in next 5-7 years so they can be better prepared to face new challenges. Working with CACR on weekends gave me an opportunity to asses the real issues faced by children studying in municipal schools. Through out my association with CACR, I taught basic computer skills to Municipal school’s teachers, who in turn passed this knowledge to their students. I’m sure this initiative by CACR will benefit millions in coming time.

Travelling, studying, socializing, that’s all I did. I wanted to do something good before the start of my third and penultimate year. Something which will make me satisfied.
I decided to volunteer for an NGO and internshala came to the rescue. I started browsing through the various profiles and CACR caught my eye. The master trainers programme of CACR is where my search came to a halt and I applied for it. The aim was to teach computers to the teachers of the government bmc schools. I got positive response and got a telephonic call with Mr Nitin Wadwani, the founder of CACR. I was very excited and eager to start working.
The first day was pretty good, I introduced myself, took their introductions and told them about the basics of computers. It was difficult for me initially, as the all the 10 teachers in my batch were elder to me both in terms of age and experience. The teachers were wonderful, inquisitive, friendly and very enthusiastic to learn about the new technologies. One of the teachers also sent me a heartwarming mail saying :
